  • Excellent Communication & Articulation Skills.
  • Handling calls and resolving the queries.
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  • Provide Back end services to Clients.
  • Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.
  • Provide World Class Customer Service.
  • End to End Transaction of Reports.
  • Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
  • You would be engaged in Shared Services of BPO Unit.
  • Graduate freshers in any stream can appear.
  • Any Management Graduates 2016 freshers and BE/BTech also can appear.
  • Transportation provided.
