Profile: Executive/ Senior Executive – Business Development

Job Location: Delhi

Salary: INR 2 LPA – INR 4.5 LPA

Courses Required: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, BCA/MCA – Computers, B.B.A/B.M.S – Management, MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, M.Tech – Any Specialization

Job Description:

  • Must have proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  • Must have a basic idea about IT Services like Digital Marketing Services, Ecommerce Development Services, Mobile Application services.
  • Online bidding skills.
  • Estimate projects in terms of time and cost independently.
  • Experience in managing complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Use various lead generation tools (websites, blog, promotions, market research, cold calling, emails, etc.)
  • Maintain and build up a normal ongoing relationship with your prospects through Skype, LinkedIn, and other online social network sites.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation.
  • Experience in dealing with international clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Business Leads in the domestic market and International market using traditional lead generation methods.
  • Generating Business Leads from online Bidding Portals.
  • Candidate must have previous experience of Bidding on IT Web Services projects.
  • Coordinate with the international clients through Skype chat and Skype/ phone call.
  • Understanding client’s requirements clearly and discussing it with the team internally.
  • Should be target oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time.
  • Setting up a meeting with Business Managers for confirmed leads.
  • Good at collecting data and can handle data mining for international clients.
  • Should be able to gather insight for the technical team from the client for a smooth closure of deals.
  • Responsible for acquiring business & achieving sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Must have prior experience in IT Sales preferably both Domestic & International.
  • Experience in Business Development for Digital Marketing services.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should have basic technical knowledge.
  • Must have proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken).
  • The desire to work on challenging environment.
  • Must be a graduate. MBA will be an advantage.
  • Can express ideas in persuasive emails.
